These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MigrateGo app and website (the “Service”). By installing MigrateGo or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

MigrateGo provides tools to migrate store data such as products, customers, orders and SEO records from a source platform to Shopify. We work to move your data accurately and to validate the result, but the scope of any migration depends on the data your source platform makes available.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account and store credentials. You agree to use the Service only for stores you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, move data you do not have the right to move, or use MigrateGo to violate any law or the rights of others.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through the Shopify App Store under the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Charges are governed by Shopify billing terms. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your Shopify admin, and changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

5. Your data and content

You retain all rights to the store data you migrate. You grant us the limited permission needed to access, process and transfer that data to complete your migration and to provide support. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third party platforms

The Service connects to third party platforms, including your source store and Shopify. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or policies of those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MigrateGo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profit arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
